62 OPU University Social Responsibility Report 1.キャンパスの安全管理の徹底 大学の活動に関して排出される各種廃棄物や排水を適切に処理し、高圧ガスや薬品等について責任を持って適切に管理し、キャンパス全体の安全管理を徹底する。 2.省エネルギーと温室効果ガスの削減 大学キャンパス内の省エネルギー行動を強力に推進するとともに、再生可能エネルギーの研究と創出により、エネルギーの効率的な利用を一層促進し、温室効果ガスの削減に積極的に努める。 3.キャンパス・ビオトープ整備と環境学の展開 キャンパス全体をビオトープとして環境整備し、継続的に維持・管理していく仕組みを構築する。さらに環境人材育成教育プログラムを一層充実させ、持続可能な社会を構築するための牽引役となる環境人材を育成する。 4.廃棄物の削減と資源の有効利用 循環型社会の形成に資するため、学内における3R（Reduce、Reuse、Recycle）を徹底し、廃棄物の分別と資源の有効利用を進める。 5.防災の役割と地域連携 災害時への対応として、 リスクに備えた情報公開を行うとともに、地域社会との連携・交流を積極的に進め、ボランティア活動の拠点としての機能を果たす。 6.学生による主体的な行動 学生は学内における諸活動に大きな影響力を持つことから、学生が自ら主体的に行動し、大学内の環境保全・改善・創造、地域との連携に取り組む。 3.Six viewpoints for environmental activities 1. Thoroughness of safety control in the campus We will thorough with safety control in whole campus by appropriately treating all kinds of wastes and wastewaters discharged by our activities, and responsibly managing highly pressurized gases, chemicals and so forth. 2. Energy saving and reduction of greenhouse gas emission We will actively perform effective energy consumption and reduction of greenhouse gas emission by strongly promoting energy saving activities in the campus and renewable energy research and development. 3.Improvements of campus biotope and environmental education program We will improve the environmental of whole campus as a biotope, and establish a structure which can continuously operate and maintain the campus biotope. We will also improve the environmental education program to foster environmental experts who can lead to establish sustainable society. 4. Reduction of wastes and effective utilization of resources We will be thorough with the 3R (reduce, reuse, recycle) in the campus, and promote reduction of wastes and effective utilization of resources, in order to contribute to establishment of recycling –oriented society. 5.Disaster prevention and community cooperation We will provide disaster risks as measures to cope with disasters, and actively promote cooperation and exchange with local communities, to play a part in a volunteer center. 6. Initiative activities of students Our students will initiatively act for environmental conservation, improvement and creation of the campus, and cooperate with local communities, because students have a great influence on various activities in the campus. ３ 行動する上での６つの視点
