Osaka Prefecture University (President : Masahiro Tatsumisago) releases original recipes created by students of the laboratory of Professor Shigeo Takenaka in the Course of Clinical Nutrition of the Graduate School of Comprehensive Rehabilitation.

“Stay Home! Good Eating, Good Health!” was created by students’ desire to contribute to health maintenance by proposing simple recipes for meals containing many vegetables, which are often lacking in meals. There are homes in which having a nutritionally balanced lunch of the type offered at school is difficult amid the closure of elementary schools due to various measures taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Students learning about clinical nutrition make use of their knowledge and post creative and original recipes on the website of the Course of Clinical Nutrition.
