OPU Professors’ Art Work fetured of a Cover in “ChemNanoMat”
LastUpDate: March 07, 2022
A research paper entitled “A Naked-eye Colorimetric pH and Temperature Sensor Based on Gold Nanoparticle-Loaded Stimuli-Sensitive Dendrimers” by a research group led by Associate Professor Chie Kojima, and Professor Hiroshi Shiigi of the Graduate School of Engineering was published on the cover of ChemNanoMat (Vol. 8, No. 3 in March, 2022) by Wiley.
In this study, AuNP was loaded in phenylalanine (Phe)-modified PAMAM dendrimers with dual pH- and temperature-sensitive properties to produce a naked-eye colorimetric sensor with responsivity to both pH and temperature. This work was supported by JSPS KAKENHI (Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research on Innovative Area: Aquatic Functional Materials).
