On July 10, 2018, a group of Osaka Prefecture University international students from China, France, Germany and Bangladesh visited Shirasagi Elementary School for a cultural exchange with the school children.

International students looked around classroom for grade 1 to 4. Afterward, they visited to grade 5 and 6’s classroom to had school lunch and interact with the children. The children introduced about culture of Nara Prefecture and traditional Japanese games to the students. From the students, they introduced about their countries through maps, food and their countries pictures.

Each of the participating students seemed to discover something new.

It was a great opportunity for both international students and Shirasagi elementary school children to know foreign cultures.
