Mathematics and Information Sciences
Research and education are carried out in this, a combination of three fields: Physical Informatics, a fusion of physics and information sciences, Fundamental Mathematics and Informatics.
Physical Science
Education and research is carried out in order to deepen our natural perception and discover universal laws of science through an insight into various scientific phenomena. This includes everything from the micro-world of light, electricity, atoms and molecules to the macro-world of the earth and outer space.
Chemistry
This course is divided into three fields: Molecular Creation, Molecular Function and Molecular Analysis, and covers the analysis of the structures, properties and transformation of substances at the molecular level, the aim of this being to produce new substances which are of benefit to society.
Biological Science
With five fields: Genetics, Molecular Biology, Cell Function Control, Environmental Response and Biodiversity, the miracle of life is examined from the dual perspectives of the universal spark of germination and the diversity of evolution as a reaction to environmental conditions.
